You don’t have to climb it all in one go, you can climb it over a couple of days or even the whole week! It’s also a great way to get your steps in for the “Going the extra mile” form challenge that’s going on this week! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

All pupils will take part in a Live Lesson like this over the next few weeks 💪🏼🏃‍♀️ As a department we continue to give a variety of lessons out to pupils to keep them engaged & to get them physically and mentally active!! You will probably feel tired because of it 😴 Get some fresh air, you’ll feel much better for it 💪🏼
When Mr Williams met zoomed with the voice of foot When Mr Williams met zoomed with the voice of football....Martin Tyler! @llsonline 🎧🎤 In video 1 Martin discusses how he got into commentating. In video 2 he discusses some of the roles you can do to get into football. Any journalists budding or people interested in the media, lots of jobs in football for those. In video 3, Martin talks about how much work and time he has to put in before every game to make sure it runs smoothly. In video 4, Martin says who he thinks is the greatest team over the last 30 years. News for all you Liverpool fans, it’s not Jurgen Klopps current team 🤣 Video 5, Martin discusses the process of how they add his voice to the FIFA games 🎮 Video 6, one of Martin’s famous commentary lines. Video 7, those of you in year 11 who love football, there is information on how you can follow and apply to Steven Gerrards academy. Check out lls online via their social media pages. Fully aware that not everyone will have this equipment but there’s many ways to train muscular strength / endurance without equipment. 🏋️‍♀️ If you would like any exercises / activities contact the PE department for more guidance 👍🏼
